- Coupon Calendar is good for 1 student taking either a Heartsaver CPR Class, or Heartsaver First Aid Class, or BLS / Healthcare Provider CPR Class (1 class only).
- A student can use only one Coupon Calendar during the offer dates specified below. (A student with multiple coupons will only be entitled to use 1 coupon).
- Coupon Calendar can be redeemed for classes only at the Last Minute CPR & First Aid Training Facility located at 1021 North King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817 (No other locations allowed).
- Coupon Calendar has a $10.00 Off value on class tuition only, and has no cash value for any other purpose. (Example: If the price of the Heartsaver First Aid Class is $50.00, then the student using the $10.00 Off Coupon Calendar will pay $40.00).
- Coupon Calendar is good for classes only and cannot not be used for purchase of CPR and First Aid Supplies, Medical Supplies, Books, Scrub Uniforms, Lab Coats, Hawaii Made Clothes, etc.
- The Coupon Calendar is non-transferable. A student using the Coupon Calendar must mention the Coupon Calendar when enrolling in a CPR or First Aid Class on the telephone, and the Coupon Calendar must be redeemed at pre class payment times or before the first scheduled class. (But, please mention the Coupon Calendar when you enroll to avoid confusion on class day).
- Only cash payments are accepted with Coupon Calendar. No checks are accepted with Coupon Calendar. (Receipts will be given at the end of class along with the CPR or First Aid card).
- Coupon Calendar must be original and intact at time of redemption with Last Minute CPR & First Aid Authentication Marks on it. No copying, computer scanning, or duplicating of Coupon Calendar is allowed. Last Minute CPR & First Aid has the right to refused the Coupon Calendar if fraud is suspected (So please, the coupon only portion of the Coupon Calendar and a multilated Coupon Calendar will not be accepted, especially when you say “my dog accidently ate part of the Coupon Calendar”).
- Coupon Calendar can only be used during the offer dates of January 1, 2010 to June 30, 2010. By popular demand, the ending date may be extended up to the next Sheraton Hawaii Bowl (So check back on this website page in the future).
- Coupon Calendar can be combined with an CPR or First Aid Card issued by Last Minute CPR & First Aid to our past students, but only to a maximum of $20.00 off on one class during the offer dates.
- Neither the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl, the teams mentioned on the couple calendar, or Last Minute CPR & First Aid shall be liable for any physical injuries, losses, expenses or damages resulting from the Coupon Calendar.
